Healthy Alternative to Potato Chips

Yearning for a healthy snack? Try roasted potatoes!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Potatoes diced into cubes
Olive oil
My all-purpose meat seasoning (link below)
Salt and pepper

Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour just enough olive oil to coat them.

Sprinkle in the remaining ingredients to taste.

Spread everything onto a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake until golden.
