My apologies, all. I’m a little overdue with this update.
I have been on the Herbalife weight loss plan for a little over a week now and I can happily report that I lost about eight pounds. As I reported, I started at 290 and I am down to 282!! YEAH!
The Herbalife plan was EASY and left me completely full throughout the day. I explained that I am a stress eater and this past week had been hell week, a true trial by fire. Needless to say, I stuck to my guns, followed the plan and enjoyed some incredibly tasty meals.
As I am creating a menu for my new catering business, Christian’s Bread of Life, or CBL, I have been working on creating new health filled dishes, so this was my opportunity to put a new item to the test every night. I had tabbouleh salad with chicken one night, pan-seared baked salmon with sauteed string beans another, and barbeque chicken with seasoned oven roasted potatoes alongside steamed broccoli. I even tried out a new blueberry pie recipe that was scrumptious. With dinner being the sole full meal of the day, I made sure it looked good, had great color, was protein rich, and was satisfying.
